Donna Brink, OTD, OTR/L, CIMI, DMI
Andrea Collins has been working with TOTS since 2009. Her primary role has been as the Occupational Therapist for the Elk Lake School District. She has past experience in Early Intervention birth-3 evaluation. Aside from her work with TOTS, she also does adult home health OT and serves as an Adjunct Faculty member and Program Specialist for the OTA Program at Lackawanna College in Scranton, PA. Relative to school-based therapy, Andrea has advanced training and particular interest in detecting ocular-motor dysfunction in children and its impact on their academics.
Andrea resides in Avoca with her husband Brandon, and two children Nicholas and Kayleigh, and a dog, Max. When not working, she enjoys volunteering as a Cub Scout Assistant Cubmaster for Pack 316, Avoca, attending her children’s sporting events, and going to concerts with her friends.
Heidi has been with TOTS since January of 2008. She started her career as a COTA/L in 2008 as a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology. In 2010, Heidi received her master’s degree from Misericordia University and became an Occupational Therapist.
While at TOTS she has provided early intervention, school-based and home-based OT services as well as provided staff in-service training to teachers, paraprofessionals and administrators. Special interests include handwriting and sensory processing in school-based environments.
When Heidi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters (Camden and Dallas), husband and her golden doodle. Her weekends are often full of transporting her daughters to travel soccer games and other various activities.
Donna is the founder and owner of TOTS. She graduated in 1989 with an OT degree from Thomas Jefferson University and completed her Post Professional OT Doctoral degree from Rocky Mountain University in 2010, specializing in Pediatric OT. She is SIPT-Sensory Integration Praxis Test certified. As well as DMI-Dynamic Movement Intervention level A certified and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Donna completed her level 1 TASES (Task Specific E-Stim) certification and level 1 & 2 NISE stim. certifications. She has provided school-based, early intervention, clinic, and home-based OT services for 37+ yrs. She has been a guest lecturer at SUNY-Binghamton, Ithaca College, and Lackawanna College. She has been an adjunct professor at Misericordia University and Keystone College. She is also a certified yoga teacher -YTT200 and enjoys integrating yoga into school-based OT practice. When she isn't working with children, she enjoys time with family, gardening, yoga, attending concerts and learning new things related to OT!
Laura joined the TOTS team in 2025. She is a certified and licensed OT assistant-COTA/L. She is a graduate of Lackawanna College's OTA Program! While at TOTS she has been providing OT services in the public & private school systems and learning ASL while working with deaf/HOH students. She loves being able to have fun at work each day while simultaneously impacting children's lives for the better. When she isn't working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband on their farmland, planting trees, and baking!
Kelsey joined us in August 2026 and brings more than 5 years of school-based occupational therapy experience to our team. She has worked with children in a variety of educational settings and also has experience providing both in-home and virtual occupational therapy services.
Aside from her work with TOTS, Kelsey also has experience in providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients at a local rehabilitation unit, continuing to expand her clinical experience and bring her knowledge from different areas of OT to the children and families she serves.
Kelsey resides in Scranton with her favorite people—her husband, Jordan, their one-year-old son, James Francis, and their two-year-old puppies, Rocky & Lola! When she’s not working, you can find her with her busy family– or at any country concert within a two-hour radius of Scranton!
